Vintage black velvet bias cut maxi dress with scalloped lace trim along neckline, sleeve openings, bust & down the center front skirt. Sleeves are short puff sleeves with interior mesh sleeve heads. Left side seam has snaps & hook & eye closures.

*Regular signs of wear. Some scuffs on the velvet at back right sleeve, front right side of skirt, plus some fraying at interior seam allowance. Lace trim has some staining at the hem & front neck but not very noticeable. Has thread loops for a belt - but the belt is no longer with this piece. Tiny hole at right sleeve underarm. See photos.
